My career has been dedicated to the architecture of innovation. From my early days as the first employee for a Khosla Ventures company, to running my own consultancy for nearly a decade, I have operated at every level of the startup stack.

As the founder of Grounded, I have spent years providing the strategic connective tissue for executives and investors in the Tech and Food sectors, originally specializing in high-stakes communications and business development before pivoting to investment strategy and capital raising. My dual perspective as both an operator, Venture Partner at K2 Global, and having spent time at an investment bank, provides me a unique perspective, viewing deals through multiple lenses: the grit of the startup floor and the precision of the global cap table.

I am passionate about backing the next generation of transformative tech, including K2’s latest positions in OpenAI, xAI, and Retro Biosciences, and am an active angel investor myself (Calm, SandboxAQ, amongst others). I believe startups are where the most profound magic of innovation happens…not just in the code or the hardware, but in the relentless pursuit of solving the world’s most complex problems through sheer human ingenuity.
